Ballona Creek Renaissance

Ballona Creek Renaissance (BCR) is a non-profit tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization based in Culver City. Our purpose is to improve the watershed region of the Ballona Creek as well as the community’s use of it in several ways: Water quality, Ecosystems, Recreation, Education, Attractiveness, and amenities.  We do this through bimonthly creek clean ups, plastic ban enforcements and outreach, education and clean ups for local schools, hosted private clean up events, collaboration with other local water-wise non-profits, native plantings and many other things.
