The East Los Angeles Remakale Citizens' Association, Incorporated (ELARCA, Inc.) seeks to be a positive influence in the lives of developmentally disable persons and their families. We ascribe to the positive influences of professionalism, technology, psychology, helping professionals and family values, ect. Our pride is that of reaching out for excellence in the provision of services. Our commitment is to provide habilitative and comprehensive health care through a system of restorative, medical and support services designed to maintain the developmentally disabled within the family unit and its communities.
