Executive Service Corps of Southern California

Executive Service Corps of Southern California (ESC) empowers nonprofits to achieve their missions through affordable coaching and consulting by trained executive-level volunteers. ESC seeks volunteers who have served in executive and leadership positions in the for profit, nonprofit, government and education sectors and are available to serve 16-20 hours per month on long-term consulting engagements (typically 6-12 months in duration). Successful applicants are provided comprehensive training in nonprofit best practices and ESC’s developmental coaching approach. Skills sought include executive leadership, management, strategic planning, finance, operations, HR, business development, board development and fund development.
