3EI ORHTTF

We are committed to providing a methodology for safely locating and rescuing youth from sex trafficking situations including physical removal and/or private investigation to support street outreach programs and law enforcement efforts. 3EI ORHTTF seeks to partner with organizations to conduct search and rescue operations. We have identified key areas where we can provide services which are critical to the victims involved in domestic sex trafficking. 3EI ORHTTF will provide safety for members of Street Out Reach programs and define a secure process for extracting and delivering victims to Safe Homes and rehabilitation programs.
